It’s the second week of the 2025 LEC Summer Split playoffs. Let’s breakdown the matchups for this weekend.

The first matchup on Saturday September 13th, 2025, is a round one lower bracket match between Fnatic and GiantX. Fnatic lost their opening playoff match to Movistar KOI. GiantX won their cross play decider match 3-0 over Team BDS to advance to this match.

My prediction is Fnatic wins 3-1.

The second matchup of the weekend is Team Vitality vs Karmine Corp also in a round one lower bracket match. Team Vitality defeated Team Heretics 3-1 in a cross play decider match to advance to this match. Karmine Corp fell to G2 in an upper bracket match 3-2 to fall into this match.

My prediction for this match is Karmine Corp 3-1.

Movistar KOI and G2 face each other in an upper bracket round three match. The winner of this one goes to the LEC Summer Slit finals. The losing team drops into the semifinal match. However, regardless of the result of this match both G2 and Movistar KOI can finish no worse than third place. This guarantees both of them worlds qualification. However, they are still fighting for seeding.

My prediction is G2 3-1.
