It’s the second day of quarterfinals at the 2024 League of Legends world championship. Today’s best of five series sees Hanwha Life play Bilibili Gaming for a spot in the semi-finals. It’s a battle between the LPL and LCK top seeds.

Game one went to Hanwha Life pretty handily in 35 minutes to open up the series with a 1-0 lead.

Bilibili then took game two pretty easily to even up the series 1-1 heading into game three. Game three was similar as Bilibili Gaming crushed Hanwha Life to take a 2-1 lead in the series and become a win away from the semi-finals. Could they finish off the series in game four to return back to the round they reached during worlds 2023?

Game four was a back-and-forth contest. Yet after 40 minutes it was Bilibili Gaming emerging victorious. This gave them the series win 3-1.

Hanwha Life is eliminated from worlds 2024 finishing in the 5th-8th place spot.

Bilibili Gaming moves on to the semi-finals where they will face off against Weibo Gaming in an all-LPL matchup. This is a rematch from last year‘s semi-finals which Weibo won. Can Bilibili get revenge and make it to the finals? Will Weibo make it back to the finals for the second year in a row?

Their series will be the first semi-final match next weekend Saturday, October 26th, 2024.

The 2024 worlds quarterfinals continue tomorrow as T1 and Top Esports go head to head in another LCK vs LPL matchup.
