The ECHL Kelly Cup finals are about to begin. Let’s see who will be vying for the championship this year and make our prediction for the winner.

The Western Conference champions are the Kansas City Mavericks. They defeated Toledo 4-2 in the Western Conference finals.

The Eastern Conference champions are the Florida Everblades. They bested the Adirondack Thunder 4-2 in the Eastern Conference finals.

The Mavericks have the tall task of trying to dethrone last year’s Kelly Cup champion, while Florida looks to go back-to-back.

I’m predicting Florida wins 4-1.
