2023 US World Championships team

Simone, Leanne, Skye, Shilese, and Joscelyn. Alternate is Kayla. Kind of a no-brainer.

My lineup in prelims is Simone, Shilese, and Leanne doing AA. Joscelyn doing Floor/ Vault and Skye Bars/Beam. All Leanne did was beat Skye when it mattered. And if she was scored fairly she would have done it at Trials on day 1. I don’t expect it but I don’t give a flying fuck, she earned it.

The competition will air behind a paywall on Flip Now. Videos will eventually be leaked. 9-19 and 9-20 Like it matters. They will do what they want to do. No Suni. She was invited but declined. SMART decision.

US Nationals next year are in Texas.

For me, the tiers are as follows…

Tier one:

Duh! Simone Biles

No way in hell USAG will leave at home even if I tank. They will fix the scores for me: Shilese Jones

Only if I hit 4 for 4 and they have no choice: Leanne Wong

BUT I’M AN OLYMPIAN: Jordan Chiles and Jade Carey

As long as I don’t fall twice they will find a way to put me ahead of Leanne Wong: Skye Blakely

Tier 2:

USAG loves me but not as much as Jade Carey: Joscelyn Roberson.

I am inconsistent but the international judges love me when I hit so they might make me alternate: Tiana Sumanasekera

Only if everyone else falls and I somehow become consistent because I go to College but don’t count on it: Kayla Dicello

I only have one usable event but at Nationals you could tell they didn’t want me: but… UNEVEN BARS: Zoe Miller (Bars)

I only have one usable event but at Nationalsthey ignored my lack of artistry and scored me better than Joscelyn: Kaliya Lincoln (Floor)

Tier 3:

I finished top 10 at Nationals with no help from the biased judges but because I am consistent they might make me non-traveling alternatebut doubtful: Amelia Disidore and Katelyn Jong

Tier 4:

When hell freezes over. GO TO COLLEGE ALREADY: Lexi Zeiss, Alicia Zhou, Addison Fatta, Madray Johnson, Eveylynn Lowe, Nola Matthews
