2019 AVCA Week 10 poll: It’s been published

Emory is for some reason back atop the AVCA Week 10 poll in which six teams received first place votes. The top-ranked Eagles (26-2), who lost to No. 2 Chicago (24-2) in four sets earlier this season, got 52 of 78 first place votes while Chicago garnered 18.

No. 3 Calvin, No. 4 Carthage and No. 5 Claremont-Mudd-Scripps all picked up one top vote. No. 6 Johns Hopkins received the remaining five.

Other Central and Midwest region teams in the Week 10 top 25: No. 13 Saint Benedict; No. 15 St. Thomas (Minn.); No. 17 Augsburg; No. 23 Wisconsin-Whitewater; No. 25 Wisconsin-Eau Claire.

Central and Midwest teams receiving votes this week: St. Olaf; Washington-St. Louis; Wisconsin-Stevens Point; Millikin.

Congratulations on a humdinger of a poll, coaches.

My Week 10 top 10 had St. Thomas and Ohio Northern instead of Berry and Hope.
