2 vacancies yet to be filled

Finlandia and Mount Mary are (I think) the last two Central or Midwest Region programs to announce head coaches for the 2018 season.

Former Finlandia head coach Aubrey Havlicek now leads Buena Vista, while former Mount Mary head coach Kelsey Peterson accepted the assistant athletic director position at Carthage.

In related news, Ryan LeGrand was named the newest head coach at Fontbonne. He was most recently, and will remain, an assistant with the Fontbonne men’s volleyball program.

In other news, Alfred State was accepted as a member of the AMCC for the 2019-20 season. Alfred State, which gained full Division III membership this year, is currently a member of the recently formed and controversial ACAA. The ACAA has drawn the ire of some Division III honchos for its lack of regular season competition.

Thomas More will compete in the ACAA this season ahead of its move to the NAIA.
