10/15 results: WIAC up for grabs

#16 UW-Eau Claire 3, #10 UW Oshkosh 1Blugolds hit the reset button on the WIAC season. UWEC, UWO and UW-Whitewater now have one WIAC loss apiece. After dropping Set 1, 35-33, UWEC dominated a shaky UWO in front of a packed house (900+) in Eau Claire. It bears repeating: dominated; shaky. Five UWEC players had double-digit kills. UWO had one, and no others even came close. With a handful of WIAC matches remaining, it’s time to freshen up on arcane tiebreaking procedures, but Whitewater still has to play at UW-Platteville (19-3 … and not in the top 25)
